This founding member of Inspiral Carpets invented ‘baggy’ with his seminal band in 1983. Fusing a psychedelic rock vibe with keyboards and synths lead to hits such as This Is How It Feels and Dragging Me Down, before the Boon-meister went solo. Two albums with his own project, The Clint Boon Experience followed, as well as long-running club night, Clint Boon’s Disco Rescue. Today, Clint is a well-respected radio DJ, with a Sony-nominated show on Xfm to prove it. As a live DJ, his sets are diverse, familiar, upbeat and crowd-pleasing. Expect Elvis, The Buzzcocks, Dillinger and The Libertines in one wild schedule.
