Originally from Leicester, talented musician and songwriter Kav Sandhu has played guitar with the Happy Mondays and recently launched a critically-acclaimed new project called KAV. Likened to ‘a latter-day Jagger’ by a profile in The Guardian, Kav’s influences include the cream of rock vocalists including Bob Dylan, Shaun Ryder, Bobby Gillespie and Lou Reed. As an established promoter on the UK scene for his indie and crossover club night, Getloaded, Kav is an experienced DJ with tours of Europe and Oz under his funky belt.
